Well Cabela's has the Gorilla stacking sticks for $89 and their own brand for $59. I'm just trying to come up with a new mobile system. Climbers are too big, bulky, and heavy. Ican't walk through thickets with those monsters.Besides they don't allow enough flexibility in tree selection.The Hunter's view sticks are just too big and heavy for carrying around. They're great for puttingup before the season but not for changing stands mid-season. Tall sticks would stick out too much beyond my back too. I'm looking for low profile, light weight, and quiet.

Another problem I've found with sticks is that when you go to unstack them it's hard not to tap them together and get some little tink sound, which is magnified by them being hollow. Same for taking apart climbing stands that are strapped together.

can you guys that use the lone wolf hang on post picts of how you got the sticks strapped to the stand? appreciate it.

After reading your description of what you're looking for, I don't think you can beat some spurs and either a light hangon, one of those "hanging-sling-things" (forgot what it's called - linked above somewhere), or maybe a strap on seat. I use just a simple strap on seat with my spurs quite often. I either find a place I can strap on the seat with a branch below for my feet, or I put in 2 screw in steps for my feet. Super light, super portable. NOT the most comfortable setup.

You can use the Stand Strap to attach the climbing sticks. Super easy, and eliminates dragging extra stuff in the woods that you don't need. This way you can really crank the strap tight so it won't make a peep when walking into a set-up.
