my 8 ptr I shot sat. night

WellI know this deer wasnt taken with a bow but just wanted to share it with yall. Ive had an extremely well season, the best ive ever had!! Ive killed 2 deer with the bow and shot 4 with the rifle. Ive seen 2 bucks fighting, witnessed immature bucks making scrapes, bucks chasing does, bucks coming in to the call, its just been a great yr.I didnt hunt but 4 days this rifle season and on the last night I bagged this nice 8. I was in the stand at about 2:30. at about 4:00 I had 6 doe come in and start feeding and nosing around. these deer were real jumpy, they would jump to a squirrell running thru the leaves, distant gunshots they were alert. I thoughtI would take a doe and be done, butI thought you've killed 5 deer so far just sit and wait and see what happens. ( atleast wait til dark ) well im glad I did. At about 5:00 I seen movement to my left and noticed4 more deer coming in and at the same time I seen movement to their left and it was a huge bodied deer. I thought thats got to be a buck or 1 huge doe. well he came in and I seen he had a decent sized rack he came up and made his last scrape under a holly and then stepped into view. I noticed thru the scope he had a decent rack and shot him. I was so shook up I almost dropped the gun.....lol. I had deer running all around me atleast 10 of em. I let them get out of the area and went over to get my hands on my buck. He has 4 on each side and weighed 150 dressed. hes appears to be old with his teeth being grinded right down and he had a large knot on his gut, looks like someone skimmed him with a broadhead or bullet in the past. I know it was with a rifle but im not going to sit on the couch. now that rifle is over Ill be back out with the bow to finish off the season. sorry so long just wanted to share with you guys.
