These guys were in the yard tonight........funny to see the pecking order as the long tined spike is the boss.....he pushes them all around.....even a nice 8 that comes around. A lot of the bucks I have seen this year have weird racks with messed up right sides......I'm wondering if it's genetic. Sorry about the bad pics but I can't get good night shots it seems. The deer on the right has a nice 1/2 rack.......would be a wide 8 if his right side wasn't busted off.

There is an absolutely beautiful 8 out there eating as I type this......I tried to get pics of him but my dog scared him and he is not in the mood to pose for pics after that......he is eating though so I am sure he will be back. This is the first time I have seen him.
