From: I was born in a tree...
Default once again its time for 'Twas the night before'

‘Twas the night before Christmas, when inside my garage,
My weapons were spread out, like a freakish collage.

The Bowtech was hung up, all high in the air,
In hopes that new Toy’s soon would be here.

The new arrows are in, the broad-heads in place
I can tell the wife’s pissed by the look on her face.

The wife in her bathrobe, and I in my jeans,
The Bow’s looking sassy, all bad ass’d and mean.

When out on the web there arose such a clatter
I logged on to Huntingnet forum to see what was the matter.

Away to my office I switched on my computer,
I better be fast, the wife’s planning ta neuter!
The monitor’s a glowin all fuzzy and warm,
Was soon to give way to a posting hailstorm.

When what to my wondering eyes should appear,
Buckeye's selling an ASAT suit, its got leafy gear!
With a real low price, and a Three-D system to boot
I looked in my wallet for some magical loot

Speedier than HAZCONS bow I flew down the stairs
Begging the wife for money with tears

First the BOW, then stabilizer, arrows, and new rig
New sights and those boots. What the hell is your gig?
From the tree stand up here to the rack back there
The mortgage is due, but I’m sure you don’t care!

”But honey” I begged, on my hands and my knees
”I really need this camo, oh god, oh please!”
”Let me get this one thing and I’ll buy no more”
She laughed in my face and then slammed the door!

I turned around slowly like a dog with no bone
And something caught my eye, on the counter, by the phone.
I couldn’t believe it, I had too look hard,
The wife, in her hurry dropped the Master Card!

I spoke not a word, but went straight to my desk
I sat there in silence, quite statuesque
I entered the info from the card in my hand
It’s a sickness I know, but you all understand.

Submitting the PayPal, I hope it’s in time.
5 business days to wait, and that camo is mine!

I posted some jokes, some tips and some trash
I even bought a Bowpress with my new found cash
Now my buying spree over, I logged off the site,

So merry Christmas to all,
And to all a good night.

i just wanted to say that with everyone trying to be politically correct, i would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas

All mine are limmericks that start with "The once was a man from nantucket" and end with something that rhymes with that
