RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
buckeye, you're starting to frighten me with all these questions that make me think.....[&:] Plus it's cool to get a better feel for what others on the board are like. |
RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
I own a bowtech stalker right now but after shooting a liberty for a few weeks I'm planning on picking one up after the season. SOOO smooth.

RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
I tell you the favorite one on my list is my Pearson Diamondback. Fast enough, smooth, extreemly quiet, light, and I shot the lights out with it. Wish I had never sold it and will probably buy another soon. I shoot the Pearson Pride now and that is a close second!!!!

RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
well ive shot a darton nomad, which was my first bow. it was a really good beginner bow, but i aint no beginner.
this last march i bought a 04' Bowtech Patriot single cam and i really really like it. fast enough for me, smooth and quiet and i shoot about 25 points average better than what i used to. I plan on upgrading tho sometime in the next two years to another Bowtech. |
RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
My legacy. Fourth season with it and it feels so natural. Id hate to get rid of it. Its got a few more seasons in it till i find something else that fits my standards.

RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
My favorite is my 03 Patriot Dually. It just fits me like a glove.
My most unfavorite bow was a Onieda Eagle.I would like to shoot the new Trykon and some Merlins. |
RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
Well I was sitting here trying to think of which one I would pick as the best and came to the conclusion thatthey were all pretty good bows. I started out with a Bear Black Bear in high school but never killed a deer with it. After that one I think it went like this:
Hoyt Impulse Pro Line Point Blank PSE Inferno Hoyt Alpha Tech Darton Executive 3-D Martin Fury Darton Rampage Darton Maverick I still have the last two and I would say the Rampage is my favorite. A pro shop owner in my area once told me that if your shooting bad its probably not the bow, its the nut behind it. I've always remembered that. |
RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
Damon Howitt recurve. It was a thing of beauty.

RE: The favorite bow you ever owned?
2001 Hoyt Havoc for hunting.
And my Hoyt Protec for target. I really loved my Bowtech Libery for smooth shooting, but after moving 1600 miles, I didnt want to be without a bow if the limbs were to crack. |
