I agree with silent assassin on this one (did I just say that?? :D).What you entered into and PAID for is exclusive use of the land for hunting rights. Whether he is a nice old man or a son-of-a-bitch doesn't matter, you have a legally binding business agreement. He is not abiding by it. Exclusive rights or Money back, period!
