Default Two hogs and a rattlesnake

On opening day here in Texas, it was rather hot. I didnt see any deer, but worked my way up on some hogs. Shot one hog and set back to wait until I felt she had time to expire. While waiting, I crawled into a tree to see if there just might happen to be a deer come by. While in the tree another hog came by, I went ahead and took her. So I stayed in the tree for a while longer when out of no where a rattle snake decided to park it under the tree I was in. So I thought, what the heck. I used my last arrow on him.

This is the first sow. about 150 lber, made some good hams.

This is the second sow little smaller, Id say in the 90s. The must have been sisters.

And here is the rattler.

And one more when I stretched him out to look at.

Nope. I tried it once and it tasted enough like chicken that Id rather eat chicken.

We have an abundance of rattlers here in Texas.
