With CWD how many people still eat the organs from a fresh kill?
Do a lot of you guys still eat the heat and liver from a fresh kill even with the chance of CWD? And special recipies?

So far, I'l I eat is the meat that comes back from the processor. I've heard that the heart and stuff is good eatin', but I haven't tried any of it yet. I'd like to get some good recipies myself. So far the only thing my wife will eat from my deer is the jerky I make and the chicken fried deer steaks.

Should be safe if you don't eat the brains or contaminate the meat with spinal fluid according to everything I've read about the disease.
