I have always been very interested in getting one of those backpacks where you can put your bow in them to carry them in, along with all of your other stuff. Seems like a great thing if you are walking long distances.

Yes. Those are really handy. I actually got mine like 2 weeks ago and it works extremely well for hunting. I got one that has a bow/rifle holder and a hydration pack in it too so if you're walking a ways, you can get some water easily without having to dig through stuff. It's really nice not having to carry your bow in your hands to your stand so you can use your hands for other things such as carrying a decoy out if you decide to do that. This is a must have. For next year, I am also looking at getting that Primos bowhunter's vest. That thing looks handy.

I'd request a gift certificate from my local sporting goods store. Then when you think of something you'd like to have , go get it.

Tracker Tundra with the Pro Fishing Team package. They have them at Bass Pro

Of course you'd also need a big truck for a tow vehicle. There you go, 7th and 8th anniverseries taken care of.

Hey BigBulls, I can send you plans for a string jig I made. Will cost you about $10 in materials and about an hour of time.

I just picked up a pair of Nikon Monarch ATB 10 x 42 in Realtree Green there yesterday... that was my choice.
