I don't have any problem finding does because the other night me and my brother saw 26 does and no bucks. Tonight i saw 12 does and no bucks. I am hunting over a crp field that has 4 rubs around it. Where do i need to set up to see a buck?

Thats a tough question Holster. I am not sure where you are hunting but sounds like your seeing pasture land does. If this is the case, the bucks may be hidden inside the forest lines and may not venture out into the open until dark-thirty. Also if your comeing across this many does, you make want to find out when the rut is to shoot yourself a nice buck in the rut, if you find the does dureing this time then you'll find the big bucks, good luck, Bobby

Try finding the trails entering the fields. Back into the woods about 75 yards. You may not see as many deer but the bucks seem to stage up in the woods and don't come into the fields until dark. You may catch the bucks hanging out waiting for night fall.

Find a good trail and set up 50 yards downwind of it. Once the rut kicks in a buck will be around the does. And it sounds like your buck/doe ratio is way outta wack. The rut will probably be long and not intense...you may think about thinning out a bunch of those does. Good luck with the buck though.

Great advise from these guys. Those big guys won't come out until after dark. Get back in them trees, either off a trail or next to a funnel point where these deer enter the field.

Like everyone said, get in the woods. Those bucks are hanging back waiting for the cover of darkness. If there are acorn trees in those woods around the fields i'm sure thats where the bucks are spending alot of time eating acorns. If you've got does then you've got bucks. When the rut comes then you'll have a good chance of catching one slipping out in the field just before dark looking for hot does. Right now find those acorns and you'll find bucks!
