im m opinion both bows are great i have owned both.. the MT SPort is longer a to a and its pretty forgiving and i loved it. it was also very good at longer ranges due to its forgivness.. and the vortec is a little faster in my opinion which means its gonna shoot flatter.. so in my opinion it depends on the type of hunting...treestand or ground.. i loved my vortec in the tree it was small a to a and was easy to manuver.. and the mt sport was without a doubt the best bow ive ever had on the ground but in the air it became kinda burdensome with its long a to a.. but i would just shoot both and which ever 1 fits the shooter the best is his bow... cause it all comes down to the shooters preference in the end.
