Default First Buck with bow! (pic)

Well last night I put up a new stand at a friends place and got set up at around 3. By 4:15 I had a doe within 20 yards, and my friends Grandpa wanted one so I shot it and It crashed only about 30 yards from my stand. I sat a little longer hoping something else would stop by and soon enough here came this buck. Went over the the doe and just stood there, then eventually followed the trail of the doe to the place I shot this buck. I got a singe lung and straight thru the heart on the doe, and the buck was a double lung. Im not a fan of Muzzy's anymore and my slick tricks are on the way, but,I have to say, theMuzzy'store the deer up last night. The buck walked 15 steps and laid down. When I got down after dark the blood trail on the buck was at lease a foot wide and that was a first for me!

After I shot this buck a 6 point came in and stayed within 20 yards of my stand for nearly an hour, then finally moved on.

The buck and doe makes 4 so far this year, and this year is my first "serious" year to bowhunt. I think its the best SPORT out there!!

I will get a score on the buck later tonight for the competition.

And sorry for the photo placement, my dad brought me thecamera late, then once we got it down to drag to a nearby oak tree to take some better, quality pics, the cam went dead!

If anyone can resize this image so it will fit let me know, Thanks!!

Congrats on a very nice buck. WOW to get 2 deer in the same night on the same stand is pretty cool.

Hey Congrats!

resizing, if you have windows Xp you can open your picture in "Windows Picture Manager" choose edit picture and resize it ...by compressing it down to a web sized pic...
