Your friend is wrong. B&C is open to bowhunters as well. A B&C deer must be 170" typical, or 195" non typical

P&Y is 125" typical, 155" non typical.

Take Wolfens monster200 inch grossing buck.. last year.. I am not sure..didn't ever hear ifit netted 195 nontypical or not? Did it Wolfen? if you read this? B & C takes bucks that are found dead also. It doesn't even have to be killed by a hunter. The top non typicals are pick ups.

are there any pics of Wolfens monster buck? I don't think i've ever seen it.
