I put lemon pepper and cajun seasoning on them. Leave them in the fridge for about a half an hour.
Throw them on the grill.
When I turn them over I put a pat of butter on each one, let it melt, spread it around.
I flip them again and butter the other side.
Cook til medium done and then eat them.
Ummmmmmmmm!

I like to wait till I get about 8 or 10 of em and season them real good with salt, pepper, Tony's and garlic. I then place them in a cast iron pot and sear themtill I get a good brown. I then add water, onions. bellpepper, whole garlic cloves and roux. I let that simmer for about 2-3 hrs, depending on how hungry I am. Im telling you when you, when its doneit will make you want to slap your momma. If your interested in a good backstrap recipe I have one of them too.

I like it all, but the other night, Isauteed some sliced sweet onion, 1 poblano pepper, and three cloves of garlic in olive oil till the onion was translucent. I then poured about 1/4 cup of balsamicvinegar on the veggiesand deglazed the pan.

I removed the veggies and then sauteed some loins that were coated in flour mixed with kosher salt and Mrs. Dash (the stuff's not bad when you add salt, first time I used it). I sauteed the loin slices until slightly browned, about medium rare, then served with the onion, garlic, pepper mixture.

Dang good.

Can't go wrong with a crock pot.

Add some taters on the bottom, some onion, maybe some lipton onion soup mix, some green peppers, garlic, carrots, maybe a little celery add some water. Really just add whatever veggies you like. Slap the meat on top.

Turn on low, come back in from hunting and its time to grub.
