2 buck tags and can use them any combination you wish. Bow, Gun, or Muzzleloader
Most counties issue Doe tags, with some as many as you an use.

In my home county where I hunt we can only tag one buck. There are some counties in the state where you can tag two bucks, and to tag two bucks I'd have to head to another part of the state.

As far as does go, we can tag 2, but they can be with bow-only. We can't black powder or gun kill does this year.

i dont think buck limits matter much. i hear of too many hunters that play games with the tags. in otherwords if i have got my 2 limit for the year and my family member or hunting party has none or 1. they just use the others tag. i have seen guys continue to hunt in pennsy after they shot a buck and another guy shot 2 bucks on a drive and proclaimed to me he hasnt got a buck in years and he deserves 2 bucks because he bought so many licences and screw the state. guys in new jersey i hear play games with the bank a doe system so they can shoot a buck early. the rules only keep guys like me honest.:D

also in Bama you don't have to officially tag your deer...gotta love the "no season bag limit" here in this liberal state...

In WI you can shoot 1 with bow and 1 with rifle/muzzleloader.
HOWEVER, in the CWD areas of the state, a hunter can get 4 tags per day and shoot either sex. Starting this Thur. 10/27, is a 4 day firearm season that's EAB, and the EAB continues until the regular rifle season opens in Nov. on the 19th I believe. The DNR really kinda stuck it to the bow hunters this year by making the only time for EAB during the prime of the rut. I almost forgot to mention that when the regular firearm season opens, it goes back to either sex for the tags in the CWD areas and the season is open until Jan 3rd.

In Georgia you can kill 2 bucks and 10 does. Starts from when bow season comes in in Septembertill gun season goes out in January.
