Got one again this afternoon (12 noon actually)!!! I went up into the hardwoods just to scout. I decided to take the bow with me just in case. Glad I did!! I was walking quietly through the woods and started to get into some good cover and seeing some good sign. Then I catch a flicker of a tail... yep that's a deer alright... I crept up to about 30 yds before I drew. It was a doe. She quartered away and put her head down to nibble on the forest floor and twack... !! Real big doe... weighed in at 164 lbs live weight 132 lbs dressed weight!! Here's some pics... sorry for not giving a good "detailed" story but after being up til 2 last night and then in the woods first thing this morning tracking a deer only to find her tore up fromsome yotesand then shooting a big doe and dragging her on my own for about 3/4 mile... I'm beat!!

The arrow didn't pass through and got her on the other side that's not showing, right in the second to last rib... very bloody and thought this would be the best way to display
