ok I have ppl saying that I stole there tree stands but I did't and they say that they are going to call the cops b/c I have a stand that looks like his so what should I do????

Unless the physically caught you in the act, theres little they can do. Sounds to me like he's trying to con you into giving up your stand. You can inscribe your name in the bottom of the stand somewhere, but he really has very little ground to stand on.

If you didnt take it you shouldnt worry, If he calls the cops, he should be able to describe some particular markngs or scratches on his stand, also do you have a reciept for yours? If the police get involved, they should be able to find out that your not the one who stole it. Just because you have a stand like his dont mean it is his, If I didnt have anything to worry about, I wouldnt worry.

If there name and adress isn't on it they are pretty much screwed. They sell thousands of those things every season, they can't prove you have thiers unless they marked it somehow. Next time they come get your phone and tell them you will dial the police for them.

Well if you didn't do anything, there's nothing to worry about. If the person's crazy, and the cops actually TAKE HIM OR HER seriously, just explain your story, and move on.

No worries man. If you didn't take it then tell the guy that you'll be glad to call the cops yourself and he'll probably shut up then

Haym tons of stands are sold year after year. If you didnt take it, dont worry. I wouldnt worry. If the police do interview you, show them your stand, tell them this is your stand. I use the Summit Viper, do you know how easy it would be for some one the say "thats my stand".

Don't worry Bowtech, just be honest if you should be questioned. Check to see if you might have the receipt for the stand. This would stop them in their tracks.
