Got discovered twice once from the tree and once from a ground blind. Never saw the buck from the blind until he took off behind me. Must have been right behind me in thick cover judging by the the snort.[

Nothing for dinner tonight.

Been out 5 times for about 2 to 2 1/4 hours each time. 3 morning and 2 evenings on 4 differant stands.
1 - first time out saw a 6 pointer, he was putting a hurt on the acorns for about an hour from 10 to 30 yards away...lots of video!
2 - second time out saw a nive 6 pointer on the edge of a picked bean field. He slowlycame from the downwind side of me and passed 15 yards broadside.
3 - third trip out I hunted a food plot.......lots of does. Does and fawns all over the place. At one timeright at the end had 11 deer on the 1/3 arce plot. Had numerousdeer within 10 yards numerous times!
4 - fourth time out had a big doe feeding for 45minutes from 20 to 30 yards, but I actually never had a shotopportunity at thisone. She was behind a bunch of trees in somefairly thinch brush.I also saw a deer feeding on the oak ridge across from me 75 yards away. I also jumped 4 deer walking back in.
5- fifth time I went back inthe morning to the picked bean field and SAW NOTHING!
Haven't been busted yet! I have gooten quite a bit of video. Hope those big bruisers start moving soon!
Good Luck!

I've been out 9 times with my wife trying to get her first buck. We have seen 21 different bucks and probably 60 does. She missed a 160 class buck last week. Oh well, the rut is coming!

I've been out 10 times so far averaging 4 hrs per hunt. I've taken 1 shot and killed 1 doe.
I've not seen any legal bucks in my area so far. Has to be 4pt on a side per our anter restriction regulations. I've seen a bunch of smaller bucks though. I've got 2 more doe tags and my buck tag to fill. And turkey season starts in less than 2 weeks.
