It's suposed to be a Botanical and synthesized chemical
designed to mimic plants roots and minerals
that deer naturaly forage for.
so it I guess can be,itr says legal in all states except PA and NY and that
is only the powder form.
But like you said,I'd ask my local game warden first.

i bought the powder form and put some out one evening came back the next morning to hunt and they ate all the clover down to the dirt in that spot it was completely bare they even pawed the ground i never seen anything like it. I put some more down and hunted that morning and got a nice fat doe but i had 6 to choose from they were eating it like crazy so its not a scam the stuff really works well

it's always funny to set and read post from so called fellow hunters that knock the other hunters for doing whats leagl and what they have been doing all there life.when they have no idea of how it's done.
