I can't stand that question when somebody know I went hunting. How many of you get asked this?

My usual response is "I didn't go fishing." It is amazing how many people in such a little farm town can ask that question.

I was just saying the same thing. I hate that too. I was just telling my wife that I hate when people say that. I was just going to light you up but you are on the same side. Boy I hate that too. I usually say the same thing that i didn't go fishing. It makes me want to scream.

I get asked that all the time. Usually by people at work. It used to bother me really bad. I guess I've just gotten used to it because now I just tell them the results of my outing. There's nothing wrong with it really, although annoying. The way I look at it if we flame non-hunters for asking a question about our success they'll look at us as an a--hole hunter. JMHO.

Caught a six pointer, but he wasn't big enough, so I threw him back <img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

deer are too fast for me to catch, that's why I shoot em.
That's my reply to that all too often asked question.

Some things are true whether you believe them or not.
