RE: Release or Fingers

i use my fingers. i just don't really like using a release. plus the draw length on my bow isn't set up right for a release for me.

i used a release for about a week back when i started shooting have used fingers every since , i have yet to be in a stand and discover i forgot or dropped my release . also use only one pin set dead on at twenty yards and then i adjust for different yardages but will only shoot out to 30 yards

RE: Release or Fingers

I love to shoot finger style. I do have a bow set up with all the bells and whistles and shoot a release, but I shoot this bow at a few competiton 3-D shoots and that's it. My target and hunting bows are both set up for fingers.

Both.

I shoot all my compunds with various target and hunting style releases.....and now I have a couple nice recurves that are giving the fingers an old school workout.:)
