i might sound like a dufface, but, when i try to put a pic with a post it says the pic is 2 large, how do i size it down???

Try changing it to a jpeg file first.

The site that does your image hosting should have a way to edit your pic and resize it.

Open the file in paint. top left there is IMAGE..Then sketch/skew. Then choose 75%. If its still too big, redo it and choose 75% again.

I just got them hosted at photobucket and they have allways worked for me

You can do the resizing listed above or drop the resolution down on the digi camera.

The bitmap to jpeg suggestion definitely should work though if it is already a jpeg then you will probably need a graphics manipulation program from some place like www.download.com to resize it.
