Default PA Hunters - 2 more days....

Who's going out on opening day in PA? Where is everybody hunting? I'm heading up to our hunting camp in NE Penna. I'll hunt a field edges in the morning and afternoon and maybe spend a little time in my deep woods stand during the day. I'd like to do a little fishing, too, but we'll see how many hours are in the day. Good luck to all you PA archers.

Unfortunately Iam stationed here in CA in the USMC untill 2004. I will then return to PA to continue my love of bowhunting. It is the hardest thing in the world to miss the PA bowseason. I bowhunted PA for 15 years straight without missing a season, and barely missing a single day. But I figured I better keep peace and freedom in our Country so Iam putting my 4years in. Hopefully my children will be able to enjoy the thrill of bowhunting like I got to experience. I did at least get to bow hunt in Californina and I shot my first ever Blacktail this year. I would love to show the pic but cant seem to make it happen. I have it saved and if anybody would post it here for me I would really appreciate it. It I could just email the pic to someone and they could post it I would highly appreciate it. My email address is [email protected] THANKS TO all the PA BOWHUNTERS OUT THERE I Wish all the best of luck and safety as they enter the woods this Saturday, and I will soon be joining you in the 2004 season. If someone can post my pic the story will follow with it. Thanks in Advance and God Bless

praise the lord its almost here.....
i cant wait, rain or shine ill be out there, of course if its raining real hard i wont shoot anything for fear of not being able to track it well.. but the way it looks its supposed to be warm and a little windy and maybe some thunder boomers which could be dangerous, but hopefully they dontlast, boy i dont know what it is about bowseason here but it seems the wind always starts then and never quits, and its always worse on saturdays......last year was and extremely windy year bowhuntin...

Hunting with a bow brings about a different challenge on every hunt!!!
