Default An opening day Ohio slammer.... Check this thing out!
Mike Rex is the name of the hunter, he is somewhat of a Ohio monster buck slayer He has numerous slammers to his credit.

He killed it opening day in Athens county Ohio.
Buck has17 scoreable point's

He nets229 5/8 green score. Not sure of the gross non-typical score at this time.

Typical frame gross is 215 2/8 and nets 203 7/8

The buck is a potential new state record Typical at that score. We currently have a tie for #1 typical with a bow kill and a crossbow kill tied at 201 1/8's.

WOW! Not a bad way to start the season. I don't know if I would bother going out the rest of the season after killing that monster.

Incredible animal!If this fellow has a history of killing big deer he must work hard at it! Good for him,that is one awesome specimen of a whitetail!
