AR's, PSE, Or Hoyt... That is the Question??
I have a chance at all three bows. Each are all used and am getting pricing on each as follows:
AR34= approx $300 (stripped and shipped)
PSE Polaris= $100 comes with...New Strings, New Harnes, New Cobra 3 Pin Sites, New Whisker Biscuit Rest, New PSE Quiver, New Sim's String Leach's, New Sim's Limb Saver's, New Sim's S-Coil Stabilizer, New Sim's Cable Dampiner,New Easton Epic Arrows with NAP Quik Spin Vanes, New NAP Spitfire 125 gr. Mechincals BH's , New Sling
Hoyt Pro Elite= approx $350 comes with, sight, rest, and quiver.
So with that in mind I find myself in a dilemma. Money is tight and I'm thinkin the PSE would be the best buy (the accessories only total more than what I'm getting the bow for) but it's a little older of a bow and slower. So I'm looking for some opinions on each of these bows (which is best etc.) and what you would do if you were me?? Thanks in advance!

RE: AR's, PSE, Or Hoyt... That is the Question??
I have a hoyt.I also payed a great price as you can.Well mine was a couple hundred more.I love this bow.I shot PSE before going to hoyt and I wont go back. For the money you cant beat the product.I have shot through every deer except one and that is because I burrued the BH so far into his shoulder that I had to stand on the deer and wiggle the bejezzus out of the arrow to finally get it unbedded from the shoulder bone.

Get that Pro Elite or tell me who has it so I can. $300 is a heckuva price. It may be an older bow, but I cant recall them making them before the last few years. Are you sure its not a proTEC?

I'm almost 100% sure it is... but I'll have to check to make sure. It's actually a good friend of mine that is offering it to me because he has 3 Hoyt's and is trying to help me out on the deal. I've seen the pics and it looks to be in great shape and I believe it's only a year or two old if I'm not mistaken??

Unless it has a limb upgrade that PSE (and I love PSEs) will be in the 200fps neighborhood. It sounds like it has accesories WELL worth the price, but it is NOT a far-knockin' bow.
I think you'd not regret the extra cash spent on the Hoyt, I'm sure.
As the man said, if you don't want it, let us know where it is.
