I would say he has enough height and mass to get him into the low 130's but I dont know if the deductions will keep him there.

As a 9 he will go mid 130s. I took an 8ptr in MO in 02 with my bowthat is awfully similar too that one. He grossed 131 and a fraction and netted 125 and change (he had BAAAARELY legal burr off his right base that counted and was deducted, next time I'm filin em down! ) so I think that left G4 would boost him into the mid 130s. Kinda decieving tho, he is narrow and that could knock him back an couple of inches. Still a 130 class no less, fine bow trophy!!!
