Default Which Broadheads for Turkey?

Going in a few weeks and I've never hunted Turkey. I've heard a few stories about "good" hits on birds that just got up and left. I'm leaning towards mechanicals with some wide cutting area but I'm also wondering if a "not so perfect" hit on a bird would open up a mechanical. Any advice would be appreciated.
Details: shooting 358grain arrow, 100grain tips, FOC 11%, 280FPS.

Rocket Hammerhead would be my first choice. They open quickly and cut one really big hole!

I'll be flinging a Wasp Jackhammer SST at them, and expecting good things from it's 1 3/4" cutting diameter. I've even thought of dulling the blades, to reduce penetration and provide more knockdown power. Any thoughts on this?

We've had good luck with regular 100 gr. NAP Spitfires,
shooting around 230 fps...got a friend with a setup similar
to yours (285 fps), he uses NAP's Gobbler Getters and
swears by them. They are the same as Spitfires only
they have a bullet point...for more hitting power. Both
have 1 1/2" cuts w/razor sharp blades.

Second the NAP Gobbler getters. They have worked flawlesly for me so far. The are an outstanding small game head as well. Both Turkey's I shot with them went down on the spot. The other turker I shot with a fixed head I had to chase down.

We have used the gobble getters - and they have worked great!
