Ducks head?Standing way to close for his drivers license photo!!!!

Looks like a redtail hawk head. Facing left. White bar over eye and white and tan streaks on breast in the lower right. Squint and you see it more clearly. Light color on left is beak.

or maybe sharp-shinned.

A dog face. Blurred and hard to see but I would say a dog.
