Anybody know it. I'm having problems with my camera not taking pictures of deer that are walking all around it. But when we go up to check how many pictures it took, it'll take one. And i have it set up to take pictures right where the deer are walking. I checked the website but couldnt find their email address, I might have looked past it. Thanks .

Do you still have the manual that came with it?I have the CUDDE and i started getting more pictures in the advanced mode(a lot more options like camera sensitivity,picture quality,time between pictures or movie clips,etc.)Also you'll want to set it to live motion and angle the camera down a few degrees.

Yeah i have it in advanced mode. I have hundreds of pictures from this summer but as of late, even with the same setup, its just not taking pictures unless you're right on top of it. Its strange but i've never been able to take pictures of turkeys with it, we've had countless flocks of turkeys around it and havent got a single picture. Thanks anyway.

Give them a call, they are usually pretty helpfull over the phone.

Thats the one thing they have going for them. Im not real impressed with there cameras, It seems I always have problems with mine, and some of my relation does too, but the customer service is usually really good and they help as much as possible over the phone, and fix the cameras for free when you send them in.
