There's only2 things that would stop me from shooting him.If there were limbs in the way,and the fact that he's coming at 3 a.m.

I would let him live one more year.He will be a great looking buck next year.Should have P&Y potential then.He wont make it this year in the books. The 2nd pic has a bigger buck in it.I would take the bigger of the 2 this year. Then next year he will be a great looking wall hanger.

I'd love to say I'd let him walk. But that would be a lie I just can't help it when a nice racked buck comes by I do my best to put em down. Each to their own I guess. Good luck in which ever way you go Mike

If I had more than one buck tag.. you bet. If I had 1 buck tag, I'd wait until later in the year.

The question is would you be happy with it? If yes take him if not let him grow a little. Also what other bucks are you seeing? If it wason my property this year Iwould let him go. Just because I know of some bigger bucks. A few years ago the arrows would have been flying. If you do want to shoot go for it! Its a real nice buck.[8D]

I'd whack him no doubt. He also looks to me to be older than 2.5 from that picture. Nice deer.
