Default Wasp Jak-Hammer SST?

This is a quick boardhead question for all ya: Has anyone had experience with Jak-Hammer SST's in 100 grain? I just switched over to them this year from rocket sidewinders, mostly because the blades break to easily on sidewinders. Any info is welcome

They are very tough. I have a freind who has shot a bunch of deer with this head with great luck. I'm going to use it this year. It is big (1 3/4" cutting dia) so make sure your KE is very high. (60 plus)

PRACTICE....PRACTICE....PRACTICE......SUCCESS!

click on my profile, and follow the link to a website with a listing of some of my broadhead tests. You will find a review on the jackhammers. They are a pretty good head, a little slow to open compared to the rocket heads, but more durable, and sharper.

Just returned from MOOSE hunting and My Brother-in-law shot a 43" bull with the jak hammers. Double lunged him @ 8 yards the arrow went right through. When he found the arrow it had a broken blade and a bent blade. The bull went another 50 yards and collapsed.
Excalibur Exomag! was his weapon of choice
A buddy at a camp nearby us shot another 43" bull again using the Jak Hammers and again using the Exomag. A 10 yard shot and 20 yards of travel The bull was down, But the arrow was not a pass throught on this one! The 21" arrow had approximately 4" Sticking out, and also had 1 broken blade and one bent blade. What can I say! He got his Moose

I shoot the Jak Hammer SST 75 grain and love them. I've shot 6 deer with them at various yardage and they haven't felled me yet. You can't go wrong using them.
