Default New BOW Hunter

Hey everyone! Well after gun hunting since I was a little ****, so I decided to step it up in the challenge and buy a bow.

I was wondering about the bow I bought. I read some good things on it and decided it was reasonable. I bought an AR34. Im not up-to-date on all the top brands and equipment for bows, but Im wondering if this was a good move? I bought the bow, Extreme 3Pin Site, a TrophyTaker arrow rest, and basic peep. Didnt get anything else because I ran out of funds.

So basically what Im asking is:
Good buy? What else?

Also wondering about some good stands (price vs. features/quality).

Thanks alot!

One thing that sticks out in my mind that you are gonna need are some arrows. Without them, you will fine bowhunting to be very difficult.

I would look into Eastons aluminim arrows. They are a great buy for the beginner and top quality.
Others will tell you to go with carbon and if you choose that, theres no problem there. Either ones will work fine. Just make sure you get the correct spine and the right length. One of the best pieces of advice I can give you, is to go to a local pro shop. They will help you get everything set-up just for you, plus they will have more advice on what you need.
