HNI,

For me, it's Merlin, Bowman, PSE Mach and Red Man.
Don't have anything against the other brands.
Which bow appeals to you and turns you on is the one to get.

High Country

I've never had a problem with my High Country bow. Nothing has ever broke. Not to mention a life time warrenty on their limbs.

I've shot Hoyt bows only for 15 years. I shot them when they were cool, when they weren't cool, and now they apparently are cool again. I enjoy shooting a bow from a maker with so much history.

That being said, I believe that now, Hoyt, Matthews, and Bowtech make the best on the market. Check out the Hoyt Havoc and Cyber TEC bows, any of the Matthews, and the Bowtech Patriot.

RE: What are the best bows on the market?

There are a lot of great bows today and everybody has their own opinion of a fantastic bow. What you are comfortable with may not be comfortable in another bowhunters hands. I can not judge any other bow model because I never owned those models. But I have owned a variety of bows, Pro-line, Golden Eagle, Hoyt, and Matthews, and I dont favor any of them any more than the other. It all depends on the type of hunter, and what type of bow fits your special needs.
