I went to Wal-Mart today and picked up a few things(happens everytime).I bought some Deer Cane Liquid,Deer Cane Mix+,and some Throw and Grow no Till Food Plot.I have a question on the food plot thought.It says all it needs is a half day of sunlight.I wonder if it would grow in fairly thin woods?Thats really the only place that I canplant it and I wanted to see if anybody else has been succesful?This is my first food plot so feel free to shoot some info my way.

i dont think there is any reason why it shouldnt grow with sufficent sun light and enoff rain it sould grow fine hopes this helps

I would tend to agree. The stuff was designed to grow with very little maintenance.

The throw and grow is not very good. I have a three acre plot in WV now of clover and alfa rack and honey hole. We did try the no plow stuff and it never did well. We also have some cane holes and some are almost 2-3 feet deep from the deer digging. They love the stuff. Use the mix first to start your hole, then in a month or two replenish it with the liquid form. Good luck.
