What color fletch do you use?

I am just curious as to what color fletching you all use on your hunting arrows. I use 2 green, and 1 orange easton diamond vanes on my black carbon shaft, with a orange easton super nock. So far, (knock on wood), I have not had any deer pay one bit of attention to them because they match the fall colors. I like something bright , but not to the point of drawing to much attention. I have a buddy that uses all white, and he gets busted alot. Good luck to you all this season, have fun, and be safe.

I use all white vanes and have never had a problem with deer spooking from them. White is also a naturally occurring color. I think it's highly unlikely that just the fact that vanes are white a deer would be spooked by them. Movement on the other hand, no matter what the color (even camo), will spook deer.

Hunt hard or go home !

I actually have 3 different seperate color combinations.....

My first and primary arrow is a Camo Gold Tip XT with 4" barred feathers.....2 orange , 1 brown with an orange nock. Might be the sweetest looking arrows in the history of arrows.....they just look "Fall". :) Also the first year in the last 6 that I'm not using vanes for my primary arrows.

My other set-ups are: 3 Flo. Orange 235 Easton Diamond vanes and an orange nock (for when its raining.....point of impact is identical to my feathers)

I also have 3" Flex Fletch vanes on my CE Camo Terminator Hunter Selects......2 Flo. Green, 1 White w/ a white nock.

Now I just need to add a tinge of red along the shaft and feathers and the colors will be complete. <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

I use 2 yellow and one white 4&quot; AAE vanes for hunting and 2 yellow and 1 white 3&quot; AAE vanes for 3-D and summer practice.

Once in my treestand, I take the quiver off of my bow and hang it on a hook. This keeps the vanes from spoking deer as I move the bow.

I use 1 white and 2 blue,4&quot; feathers on a white cresting wrap black arrow.I use the blue because you don't see anything in the woods that color.

I've been using 2 chartruse and one green 4&quot; RW feathers on Blackhawk Vapor camo shafts. Looks nice, but I still haven't found the one I took my buck with. Thinking about switching to white wraps, feathers and nocks next year.
