Default 30 years later!!!!!

Well it only took 30 years to harvest my first buck, but it happened today, opening day in b zone of california, I am a member of team four, I will have to post the pictures as soon as i get the pics developed. The only thing I forgot on the trip was my girlfriends digi camera or they would be posted with this message. What a thrill, complete pass thru both lungs!!! I have one more tag to fill, so we willse how team 4 does. It was a 20 yard shoton aforked horn buck, went thirty yards and that was it for him! The cool thing was it was in the middle of rubbing his velvet off!! Good luck to everyone, I think Cali starts the archery season ahead of everyone else.

Congrats !! It sure feels great doesnt it ? There is nothing like taking the time to do it all right and when the opportunity comes - you do everything right. No better way to start back bowhunting after 30 years !!

Way to go !

Well I sure hope it doesn't take you another 30 years to fill that second tag.[8D][8D] Congrats
on the deer. Now that's what I call "Stick Toitivnis". Dang, 30 years.
I think I would have given up somewhere in there. Reason to celebrate for sure.
