"Driftrider" been my screenname since I first started surfing the 'net back in 1998. Back in the early through late '90's I was really big into snowmobiles, and my favorite riding condition was deep powder, which, in Iowa, is usually only found in snow drifts. Hence "driftrider." It's fairly unique, and it's always worked so I've stuck with it.

The Kodiak part has no reason at all, but the 41226 part is a sail number of a sailboat that I used to race on. I'm in a couple forums and Kodiak41226 is a good way to have the same name everywhere I go.

I'm a mom with one daughter. My family complains that I have Severe Whitetail Disorder. After the season is over, my husband says I go through withdrawal.....not true. I'm just waiting to bow hunt turkeys or pigs.....or squirrels, ducks, chickens..........
