RE: What poundage do you shoot?

I'm shooting 70 pds on my High Country. I had it at 60 and jacked it up to 70.

My dad used to shoot his old bow on 90 pds. He also shot aluminum arrows. Every once in awhile if he hit the target bag right, his arrows would bend.

Needless to say, that bow is out of commission now. lol

I shoot my Hoyt Protec at 62lbs. I have shot up to 70lbs. in the past, but like the ease and accuracy of shooting the lower weight.

I shoot between 65-67 pounds. Right now it is set to 67. Lets me shoot weaker spine arrows and they're lighter but the kinetic energy is more than enough. Read the sig. I only hunt Whitetails with my bow.
