Hello, my name is Steven and I have a problem
I'M GOING INSANE!!! The wait for deer season to come is killing me. I am spending more time in my basement tinkering then I am doing anything else. Just today I went a decided to weigh every field point I had and find out how close to the correct weight they were. Then I went and measured my arrows and divided the weight by 1/8 of an inch to see how much the arrow weight changes when they are cut to different lengths. Now I think I am going to study aerial photos on TerraServer.com and see if I can find anymore places that I want to scout.
Is it just me or are there others out there with the same problem?

Actually, I've got the opposite of your problem.
I wish deer season were farther off.
I have yet to spend a full hour scouting. I have a total of 0 stands hung. I've only got my 20 and 30 yard pins sighted in well. I haven't even bought my license and tags yet.
I'm way behind this year.

My license is bought, tag applications are in the mail, land is starting to be scouted, trailcam is up along with feeders and I'm starting to have vivid dreams about deer hunting... Yep I'd say I got the same problem. Now these next 59 days can't go fast enough.
