i'm thinking about buying a new bow is there any one you guys would recommened.

You could always go drop a grand on a new fully loaded switchback, have the best and never look back. Now go ask dad if he is up for it.

Go to the proshops near your house and shoot everybow that interests you. Buy the one that shoots best to you. Some ppl like different aspects of a bow so only you can tell what will work for yourself.

He said he was looking for a bow, not a boat anchor.

Like I told you in the Young Hunters forum, go to your local pro shop and have them help set you up. They'll be able to do more for you than we can.

Visit some Pro Shops and shoot several different makes and models. Then go back and buy the best....a HOYT VTEC or ViperTec!

i would recommened a mathews or a bowtech because of the quality and also shooting one of the best bows

I am partial to the Hoyt Vipertec as well....
