Default PSE's Todays hunter

Tonights show was bowfishing for the worthless to eat ocean sunfish and small, skinny 3 foot long blue sharks which you don't eat. Two weeks ago the show was Leopard hunting in Africa and sometime this season I believe is a show on hunting Hippos.Non and Anti-hunters flip by these shows and lump all hunters into the same category. I believeshows like this are bad for the hunting community.

I watched it too. The fish they shot are called Molamola. And if you listened to Pete ask the guide if they are "good eating", the guide said yes. And they put them in an ice cooler. And the blue sharks and gar are extremely populated and the taking of these fish make the environement better for other game fish. I strongly disagree with you.

Ocean sunfish, mola mola whatever you want to call them they are a schitty eating fish, I fished commercialy for years, I know. I find it very hard to believe they werefilleting those fish out and eating them. All that aside, at risk of sounding like a liberal, populations of shark and gamefish held their own for millions of years before bowfishermen came along, shooting any species of animaljust because there are "lots of them" and making a television show about it, makes hunters look bad.

Anykind of hunting is looked at by the antis as wrong. Even if it is soley to benifit the animals themselves. You will never look good in the anti's eyes.
