I liked the way he aged the deer at a mature 5 year old deer when the deer was clearly a 2 year old 6 point

Personally, I'd rather see weird Ted take an average joe buck and be genuinely excited about it than someone else take a 150 class buck and then whine because he wasn't able to get the big one.

I went to the Y.O. about a year ago and you can practically feed the deer out of your hand. It would be easy just to walk up to one and shoot it with a bow. The hogs are smarter then the deer.

bowtechpatroit:

Is it like that on the entire 70,000 acres? I doubt it. Alot of ranches have "yard deer" which are deer that hang around the headquarters of the ranch and are generally pretty tame acting. If your sitting up around camp and see deer walking around with in spitting distance then I guess one might think that the deer on the entire ranch are like that, but once you leave the camp area that all changes.

Ya i guess your right. Cause the farther away you got from the camp the more spookier the deer were.
