If you could buy any climbing stand?
 

If you could buy any climbing stand and money was no object which one would it be and why?
Also which one stand do you think gives you the most bang for your buck?

An old buckshot stand. API makes one like it now, but it's cheap and very easy to climb with and pretty comfortable.

API grandslam bowhunting extreme. I have a grand slam extreme, and love it. The bowhunter model doesn't have the sit down bar in the front, making it all open for shooting a bow.

Same here.... I have a Viper X4 and love it. If I was in the market for a new climber, I'd grab a new X5 and not look back. Summit stands rule! :D

I definetly agree with butch on the Summit's ,I just bought the 04 ViperX4 and will be using it this season ,I think that Summit has the best stand's .This is just my opinion .

Hunting Group.

One of us has a Summit Viper. First climber to buy.

Two of us have a Summit Bullet. Sold a loggy and a I think old man stand.

All of us love the stands

Summit makes the best climbing stands IMO. I have the viper and the goliath I use both of them. I think API makes the second best I have a friend that has some and I tried them out.

I have an API Bowhunter now and its not too bad. This year I think I'm upgrading to a Summit X5. That thing looks comfortable.
