I like the advertisment for the block arrow stop. It states it is better because it stops arrows with friction, not force. Hmmmmm, I have taught physics for over 11 years now and I guess I have been calculating friction cof. wrong. I have always thought friction was any force that opposes motion. Silly me.
Guess I need to get my crayons out and fix all my physics books. Kinda makes you question the knowledge of the company.

They just expect that the average archer won't know a thing about physics to begin with, so if they throw a statement out there like that one, no one will contest it.
Personally, I still prefer the Martin ads.

It doesn't surprise me one bit. Another case in point, one very well respected bow manufacturer continues to mix-match the terms synchronization and timing in several of its advertisments. Nothing regarding bow equipment surprises me anymore.

You are exactly right. You know what though, I believe you could sell a mason jar full of dirt if it was marketed correctly.
By the way, I just got a shipment in the other day, and no lie, it is the dirt that was over the grave of Elvis. PM me for details.
