I'm sort of new and don't know the rules and regulations , but I'm game. I have no ideas on the contest so could someone explain a little bit . Thank you Jerry

recurver67, the Bowhunting contest is a friendly comp that offers nothing more than bragging rights for the winning Team. It's all for fun and it's a good time and lots of friendly ribbing. Everyone signs up for the contest and then the Teams and Teamates are selected randomly. This is to prevent "ringers" like the "Dream Teams" some of the above posts have mentioned. It's just for fun and something I think a lot of us will be looking forward to again this season.

This would be one seriously awesome Team! I KNOW there are lots of other great hunters on here as well that put 'em down every season, I'll think of more later..... how many can we pick?

I wasnt here last fall so I dont know who the ringers are. Looking at Tribal's sig I would put him as my 1st round draft pick.

Double Creek - why thank you ! I actually would like to do something like that this year. Why ? I dunno really .. the whole contest concept thing really isn't to my way of thinking but I'm a highly competetive person and with Colorado mule deer hunt, Arkansas whitetails and my yearly Kansas hunt ....... surely I can make a contribution to a Team

These guys are too good at trash talking. Would hate to miss the oppertunity and the fun of trash talking back to them if they were on my team.

Better throw Rob into that group as well. He can dish it out as good as he gets it too.

Otherwise most anyone else would be good team mates for this contest since it is just for fun and to get to know your team mates a little better.

My son ( he takes all my good spots so would hate to see some other team get the score off his buck !! ) LOL He wants to be in the contest this year.

anyone from last year's Team 5 - we can't do any worse then last year so things got to be looking up for this year. Well... Should Antler Eater not get his deer this year then things would only be a little bit worse.
