Very nice, Tribal. That's long beard and spurs. Great bird. I got my first one this year and was it fun. That's pretty cool that you did it with out a blind. I was too scared they would see me way before I saw them but I may try it next year. What broadhead did you use and did he run any? Great job.
I used a Muzzy 100 gr. 3 blade. He did run I hit him a tad back in the guts he was approx. 30 yards away. Found him about 80 yards away after a nerve racking track job. I didn't give up and I finally found him. Bowhunting Turkeys is NO JOKE!! I have a double bull blind but did not have it on me when I heard the gobbles. I had to move fast so decided against the blind. Hunting has been tough. Every single Tom I had saw was with a hen.
And that is a awesome bird and pic IL-Cornfed congrats. I wish I had time and it was not raining here to take better pics like you. When I get the mount back I will post it to you all. Thanks for the compliments you all. I hope you all try it at least once if you can. It was a blast.

Those are some fine gobblers. Nothing like a tom with the bow.

Congratulations to you both! There is nothing quite like taking a Tom with a bow. I got my first one with a bow this year too.
