I am going to put on a new string. One shop sells winners choice, another sells vapor (?), and the 3rd makes their own with 450. What do you use or advise to buy? What do you feel is the best?

I just put BOWMAN string and cable on my bow 2 weeks ago and am very happy with them.The serving is the best I have seen.I was also very impressed with the delivery time,less then a week.Ordered on monday and in by friday.
I have always liked the Winners Choice myself but the Bowmans are just as good in my oppinion and at a less cost as well.

I put Winners Choice on my matthews, It is all I will ever shoot. Go on line and read about there x-brade serving. It is alittle expensive, but worth it. I paid $107 to my door for Buss Cable and string. Good luck

winners choice in my opinion is hard too beat.i replaced my string last year on my back up bow and told the bowshop i wanted a winners choice on it, and he ended up putting a string "that was better than any string out there"......that string stretched a mile[:@].i wished i new what brand that was so i could warn people like me on what kind of string not too put on their bows.

I put on a new set of stringand cable's this seasonas well and they're made by J.A.M. [Gibblet]
I really like them and they're made of 452X so there's no creeping at all .I've only gotten about 300 shot's on them now but I'm very pleased so far .Contact Gibblet and tell him that I've recommended them and just maybe you can work something out with him.He had them made and delivered in less than a week ,the colours are a good match and his serving is also very good .

winners choise,or find someone that knows how to make a string right.

I purchased a custom 452x string from Shooters Edge on Ebay. It is shooting like a dream. Servings are very tight and everything is in the right place. Best part...$42/set(string and cable).

I have vapor trail on both of my bows and I like them. But I do not think you can go wrong with Vapor Trail or winners choice

I just ordered a Vapor Trail VTX from Jarrod. I have not shot it yet but the fellas over on Archery Talk sure talk highly about them. That or Winner's choice will do the trick.

I am very happy with mine.........it is a good choice and is far less $$$ than the WC. They know what they are doing too, they have been outsourced to make many strings for manufactureres in the past including Bowtech.
