The new block is the 4x4 target. It has the layers incased in an outer foam instead of the bands and plastic. It has 4 shooting sides (normal 5 spot, 4 spot in diamond patter, deer vitals, and tree stand deer vitals)... which spread the aiming points around the target... I haven't personally shot this target... But at Gander we got these in last week along w/ the new glen del buck which uses the new insert w/ the same construction. Hopefully it will last much longer than the old style. Only time will tell though. Cost is $89.99.. compared to the normal Block at 59.99..

If I were spending my $$$.. I would just get the Rhinehart.

For Broadheads check out the Cube or the new King series targets, cost a lot less and lasts much better than the block.
