King,
I am 6'3" tall and weigh 260 naked. I had the Viper XL until someone decided they needed it more than me and took it. A friend talked me into trying the Old Man Grand Vision. The Old Man is a good stand, but I did not like the pins in the dark. I also feel is is a little less comfortable sitting in it for the long haul. My next purchase will most certainly be the Summit Goliath. I talked to one of their guys and he said it will be great for those of us who can use a couple extra inches in width as well as the higher weight capacity. Again, the only real knock I have with Old Man is the pins in the dark. I do know you can't go wrong with Summit.

i too am a fat ba!@@##rd ,and the talk of guys naked in tree stands is not really cool ,but on a serious note i have the grand ole man for 3 years and it is awsome .i can sit all day and the foot rest is great way to change positions of your legs with little movement enabling you to sit longer and stay comfortable longer ,

I'm not as large as you, but I love my Summit Viper and think that the XL would be something like what your looking for. Good luck in your search.
