Default SUMMIT GREAT CO.

A good 3-5 yrs back i purchessed a summit climber.Basic bowhunter design.And fell becuase i had a problem using it.I contacted them,They explained to my about proper foot position and sent me a free "SUMMIT LOUNGE CHAIR" i call it....lol.With the big platform and foot rest.It's unreal i could hunt 8 hrs in it easy!!.Plus it's impossibile to fall out of one once set up.And my bow rest or that padded bar that goes around i have no problem taking a comfortible sitting shot,Which offcourse is upping my bag big time.It makes a differance.For me at least.Then the foot holding strap eyelets went bad"i used the hell out of it in swamps"They sent me a whole set with foot straps alastic cord to hold ya in and rivits to re-attach.That's customer service Where the care for a lifetime.LT.,,,,,This was ment to be a reply to tree stand poll thread!!!.

HUNTING=MY SANITY!!!!!!

Yours is not the first story of excellent customer service from Summit I have read about, and I don't think it will it will be the last! Summit makes excellent products and stands behind them!

It is a shame that good customer service comes as a surprise. When I comes to the Summit company, I would give them an A+++. I think they are one of the best out there. And to think with a Summit, usually you don't even have to deal with the Customer Service department. Great product, great company.

If only all companies had the same service. They are great!! I will only use a summit climber as long as I am able to hunt.
